Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and responsible Staff Nurse to join our outpatient clinic team. The ideal candidate will be a motivated and organized individual, committed to providing high-quality patient care while effectively managing the various tasks required in a clinical setting. MORNING SHIFT TIMING : 8PM TO 8AM
Key Responsibilities:
Patient Care:
Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
Administer medications, perform treatments, and assist with procedures as required.
Monitor and record patient vitals and report any significant changes to the attending physician.
Clinic Management:
Assist in the daily operation and management of the outpatient clinic.
Ensure that the clinic is well-organized, clean, and stocked with necessary supplies.
Manage patient flow efficiently to minimize wait times and ensure a smooth clinic operation.
Team Collaboration:
Work collaboratively with the healthcare team, including doctors, other nurses, and administrative staff.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of patient care plans.
Support colleagues and cover duties as needed to ensure seamless clinic operation.
Patient Engagement and Communication:
Communicate effectively with patients and their families, providing education and support as needed.
Address patient concerns and complaints in a compassionate and professional manner.
Engage with patients to enhance their experience and ensure they feel valued and cared for.
Punctuality and Reliability:
Adhere to scheduled shifts and demonstrate reliability in attendance.
Be prepared and punctual for all duties, ensuring that patient care is not compromised due to delays.
Organizational Skills:
Maintain accurate and thorough patient records, ensuring confidentiality at all times.
Utilize electronic health record systems efficiently.
Prioritize tasks effectively to manage time and workload in a busy clinic environment.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
