Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents, focusing on individual needs.
Support in the development and implementation of personalized care plans.
Administer medication and manage care routines in accordance with care standards.
Maintain accurate patient records, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care.
Provide emotional and practical support to residents and their families.
Promote a positive and inclusive environment for both residents and team members.
Requirements:
Registered Nurse (RGN) with a valid NMC Pin.
Experience in nursing care, particularly in dementia, palliative, or residential settings, is desirable.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Commitment to delivering high standards of patient care.
Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
