Job Description: Staff Nurse (GNM Qualified)
Position: Staff Nurse
Qualification: GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery)
Experience: Minimum 2 years
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and monitor patient responses.
• Assist in the preparation and implementation of patient care plans.
• Monitor vital signs, record patient symptoms, and maintain accurate medical records.
• Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
• Collaborate with doctors, other nurses, and healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
• Respond to medical emergencies promptly and efficiently, providing appropriate interventions.
• Ensure that medical equipment is properly maintained and used safely.
• Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a clean, safe environment for patients.
• Provide emotional support to patients and their families during difficult times.
• Participate in continuous professional development and stay updated with the latest nursing practices.
