Job Title: Staff Nurse
Location: People's Hospital
Job Summary:
The Staff Nurse at People's Hospital will deliver high-quality nursing care to patients, ensuring a safe and supportive healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will be compassionate, detail-oriented, and adept at working in a fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct health assessments, triage, and provide emergency care.
Administer medications, vaccinations, and treatments as prescribed.
Monitor and record patient vitals and medical histories.
Educate patients on wellness, disease prevention, and healthy practices.
Assist physicians in procedures and maintain accurate medical records.
Ensure compliance with infection control and safety protocols.
Manage medical inventory and schedule patient appointments.
Provide emergency response and participate in safety drills.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or Diploma in Nursing.
License: Valid RN (Registered Nurse) license from the State Nursing Board.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of nursing experience; emergency care experience preferred.
Skills: Strong clinical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
