Education and Certification: Graduate of an accredited institution with a General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSc Nursing) degree. It is necessary to be registered with the Delhi Nursing Council or to possess a current nursing licence.
Clinical Skills: Expertise in completing patient assessments, giving medication, tending to wounds, and carrying out different nursing tasks. knowledge of common nursing procedures, infection control techniques, and medical terminology.
Ability to deliver patient-centered care with compassion while showing understanding and empathy for both patients and their families.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary to connect with patients, families, and healthcare teams in an efficient manner. Documentation skills that are brief and clear are crucial.
