We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse registered with the Delhi Nursing Council (DNC) to join our healthcare team. The candidate must hold a valid GNM diploma with a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, or ANM with a minimum of 4 + years of experience. The role involves providing patient care, administering medications, and coordinating with the medical team to ensure the highest quality of care.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care as per clinical protocols and nursing standards

Monitor and record vital signs and patient symptoms

Administer medications and injections as prescribed by physicians

Assist in diagnostic tests and follow-up care

Maintain patient records and ensure accurate documentation

Collaborate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to plan patient care

Educate patients and families on treatment plans and post-discharge care

Adhere to infection control and safety procedures

Ensure cleanliness and proper functioning of medical equipment

Participate in quality improvement initiatives and nursing audits

Eligibility Criteria:

Education:

GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery) with a minimum of 2 years of experience

OR

ANM (Auxiliary Nurse Midwife) with a minimum of 4 years of experience

Registration: Must be registered .

Experience in: Hospitals preferred

Basic knowledge of emergency protocols, patient care and hospital hygiene practices

Ability to work in shifts, including nights and weekends

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
