Job description, work day and responsibilities
• Patient Care: Provide direct nursing care to patients, including assessing their medical conditions, monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and assisting with activities of daily living

• Ensure the physical and emotional well-being of patients and promote a safe and comfortable environment
• Nursing Procedures: Perform various nursing procedures, such as wound dressing, intravenous therapy, catheterization, and administering injections
• Follow established protocols and procedures to ensure accurate and safe execution of these tasks
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including medical histories, nursing care plans, and progress notes
• Document all interventions, observations, and treatments performed during the shift according to institutional guidelines
• Collaboration: Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including doctors, registered nurses, and allied healthcare staff, to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients
• Communicate effectively with the healthcare team to ensure coordinated and efficient patient care
• Patient Education: Provide health education and counseling to patients and their families regarding their medical conditions, treatment plans, and self-care practices
• Empower patients to actively participate in their own healthcare management and promote healthy lifestyle choices

• Emergency Response: Recognize and respond promptly to emergency situations, including cardiac arrests, respiratory distress, and other life-threatening events
• Administer CPR, first aid, and other emergency interventions as necessary

Pay: ₹+,153.45 - ₹20,460.32 per month
