• Patient Care: Provide direct nursing care to patients, including assessing their medical conditions, monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and assisting with activities of daily living

• Document all interventions, observations, and treatments performed during the shift according to institutional guidelines
• Collaboration: Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including doctors, registered nurses, and allied healthcare staff, to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients
• Communicate effectively with the healthcare team to ensure coordinated and efficient patient care
• Patient Education: Provide health education and counseling to patients and their families regarding their medical conditions, treatment plans, and self-care practices
• Empower patients to actively participate in their own healthcare management and promote healthy lifestyle choices
