•As the Tele medicine center is inside the RGT facility, the resource will be staying inside the RGT premises.•Assessing and planning nursing care requirements•Recording medical history and other patient records•Taking patient samples, pulses, temperatures and blood pressures.•Assist the doctors in focused areas and aid for improved diagnosis and therapy. •Perform assessment, data collection and documents subjective data (chief complaint and allergies) and objective data (vital signs/weight/etc.). •Assessment of the urgency and severity of presenting problems by history taking and examination before referral to the appropriate clinician or service•Maintaining an abstract of all the patient details on daily basis in an electronic database.•Escalating any issues to the Manager or in-charge.•Assist Bio Medical Engineer at Hub to understand problem in any related to Medical devices and escalate issue within 1 hour of identification
