Key Responsibilities:
Patient Care: Provide compassionate and competent care to patients, including assessing their conditions, administering medications, and performing treatments as prescribed.
Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed medical records of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
Collaboration: Work closely with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Education: Educate patients and their families about health conditions, medications, and treatment plans.
Advocacy: Advocate for patients' rights and ensure their well-being by adhering to ethical and legal standards of nursing practice.
Emergency Response: Respond effectively to emergencies, including performing CPR or first aid as needed.
