Job Description
As a Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to patients in accordance with the Clinic's philosophy and NMC guidelines. You will work collaboratively with senior and junior staff to provide a coordinated and patient-centered model of practice.
Job Type: Full-time, 18-month Fixed-term Contract (37.5 hours/week, Monday to Saturday)
Shifts: Early mornings and late evenings to cover Outpatients service (8am-8pm)
Salary: £36,103 - £46,238 (dependent on skills and experience)

Duties and Responsibilities
Facilitate provision of coordinated outpatient service to cancer and aesthetic patients
Participate in practice development forums within and external to the Clinic
Work clinically and adhere to NMC Code
Mentor/facilitate junior staff to achieve optimum competence and clinical performance
Provide high-level patient experience, ensuring safety and striving for best outcomes
Requirements
Registered General Nurse with valid NMC pin
Post-registration experience in Plastics, Aesthetics, or Reconstruction
Facilitating education for pre and post-registration students
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Friendly and adaptable approach with awareness of clinical audit and governance
