Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Staff Nurse to provide high-quality, patient-centered care. You will deliver direct nursing care, collaborate with the team, educate patients, and maintain a safe environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide direct physical and emotional support to patients, assisting with daily living and maintaining a safe environment.
• Assess and monitor patient conditions, track vital signs, and report changes.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately, monitoring for side effects.
• Educate patients and families about their conditions and care.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate patient care.
• Accurately document patient information.
• Supervise and mentor junior nursing staff and students.
• Advocate for patient rights and needs.
• Operate and monitor medical equipment safely.
• Ensure a clean and hazard-free patient environment.
Qualifications:BLS certification.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage tasks.
• Experience with electronic health records.
• Commitment to patient-centered care.
