The Staff Nurse Trainer is responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating training programs for nursing staff. This role ensures that nursing staff are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality patient care. The Trainer will work closely with the nursing management team to identify training needs and deliver educational programs that enhance the clinical competencies of the nursing staff.
