Job Description
• As the Tele medicine center is inside the RGT facility, the resource will be staying inside the RGT premises.
• Assessing and planning nursing care requirements
• Recording medical history and other patient records
• Taking patient samples, pulses, temperatures and blood pressures.
• Assist the doctors in focused areas and aid for improved diagnosis and therapy.
• Perform assessment, data collection and documents subjective data (chief complaint and allergies) and objective data (vital signs / weight / etc.).
• Assessment of the urgency and severity of presenting problems by history taking and examination before referral to the appropriate clinician or service
• Maintaining an abstract of all the patient details on daily basis in an electronic database.
• Escalating any issues to the Manager or in-charge.
• Assist Bio Medical Engineer at Hub to understand problem in any related to Medical devices and escalate issue within 1 hour of identification
