Translate abstract problems into a cohesive roadmap; influence investment choices that unlock long-term innovation.
Leverage deep market and competitive insights to identify new growth vectors, partnerships, and ecosystem opportunities.
Serve as product portfolio owner balancing feature development, architectural improvements, and operational priorities.
Embed Algolia’s values (GRIT, TRUST, CANDOR, CARE, HUMILITY) into team culture and decision-making across organisations.
Execution & Delivery
Drive end-to-end product lifecycle: discovery, definition, delivery, and iteration—owning outcomes, not just output.
Shape and refine agile processes, ensuring operational excellence, technical scalability, and measurable business impact.
Lead cross-functional “test-and-learn” initiatives; use data to validate hypotheses and optimise for adoption, retention, and revenue.
Deliver clear, data-driven updates to executives and stakeholders; present at QBRs, annual planning, and company-wide forums.
Mentor and coach PMs and cross-functional peers; remove yourself as a single point of failure by empowering others.
What We’re Looking For
10+ years in product management with 5+ years leading B2B SaaS products; at least two product families taken from concept to scale.
Proven ownership of a multi-year product strategy and roadmap that delivered step-change customer and business value.
Demonstrated influence across engineering, design, go-to-market, and executive leadership able to align disparate teams around a shared vision.
Track record of shipping AI-driven products (generative AI, ML-powered automation, or similar) and continuously improving them through experimentation.
Advanced analytical skills; comfortable using metrics, cohort analysis, and financial modelling to manage the business “by the numbers.”
Technical fluency working knowledge of modern architectures, APIs, and AI/ML workflows; able to engage deeply with engineers on trade-offs.
Exceptional communication: distils complex ideas into crisp narratives; drives actionable decisions in both small forums and large executive reviews.
