Designation : Staff Software Engineer - Android & iOS
Responsibilities :
• Develop and maintain high-quality mobile applications.
• Own features end to end, including crafting technical specs, writing readable and extensible code, and following software best practices which allow us to move quickly.
• Build observable systems that track important metrics that help monitoring as well as make important product decisions.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, testing, code reviews, and mentorship to help the team reach their full potential.
Qualification :
• 12+ years’ experience with mobile app development.
• Experience with both iOS and Android development.
• Should have apps published in the App/Play Store. Point us to your work.
• Experience with Swift and Kotlin and deep knowledge of either.
• Familiarity with mobile automation and unit testing frameworks.
• Mobile device-specific knowledge such as memory management performance tuning and resource optimizations.
• Experience working with backend APIs and making improvements to them as necessary.
• Fundamentals in object-oriented design, data structures, algorithm design, and problem solving.
• Excellent design thinking and focus on usability.
Nice-to-have :
• A Github account with a portfolio of apps.
• A proven track record in the mobile development community.
• Experience working on hybrid apps.
• Experience with Web technologies (Javascript, ES6, React, CSS, HTML
