Your Impact and Contribution
We’re seeking a Staff Software Engineer to lead our agentic AI and automation efforts. This role is perfect for someone passionate about the future of AI and skilled in creating intelligent, autonomous systems that drive the next generation of technological solutions. In this role, you may look forward to;
Leading the design, development, and deployment of agentic AI solutions to enhance efficiencies and usability.
Integrate monitoring capabilities into solutions to ensure performance and reliability from the outset, collaborating with the SRE team as needed for more complex monitoring implementations.
Utilising Python, Ansible, and Shell scripting in developing and implementing automation tools and workflows.
Implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions, TeamCity, Artifactory, Octopus, Jenkins, and ArgoCD.
Contributing to full-stack development with expertise in front-end frameworks like React and Angular, and back-end development with TypeScript.
Managing and optimising databases, both SQL and NoSQL, from both an admin and user perspective.
Staying current with advancements in agentic AI and drive innovative projects that align with our mission.
Your Experience and Expertise
Extensive experience in software engineering with a strong focus on AI and Automation, with some exposure to Agentic AI concepts.
Proficiency in Python, Ansible, and Shell scripting.
Strong full-stack development skills, including front-end (React, Angular) and back-end (TypeScript) expertise.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and database management (SQL and NoSQL).
Familiarity with monitoring tools to maintain system performance and reliability.
Experience in integrating and managing cloud environments within a complex enterprise infrastructure.
