As a DevOps specialist you will actively contribute towards design & implementation of Software development and release automation framework & tools, that can be applied across multiple products. This role will also be responsible to continuously improve and refine the CI CD framework for products in-line with latest and state-of-the-art industry standards, practices, tools, and processes to meet needs of one or more product engineering needs. You will also identify and set up an optimal Build and Release Ecosystem following our CI/CD scheme. Once operational, maintaining, updating and upgrading the CI/CD Ecosystem is your responsibility as well.

Job Description
Essential Responsibilities
Strong hands-on industry experience of 8-10 yrs. in overall DevOps functions, including on-prem environment and AWS Cloud infrastructure
Understand the vision to design and integrate quality within Software Development Life Cycle, following SAFe / Agile methodologies.
Design, establish and manage complete Software Release Life Cycle, involving Build automation, CI, CD & CV
Set up nightly builds, static code analysis, static application security testing scheme and vulnerability scan procedures.
Owns and contributes to the overall DevOps backlog to implement end to end solutions for software engineering, integration, delivery, and deployment automation.
Focus on scale and efficiency and driving consistent, reliable, scalable, and sustainable DevOps processes across environments.
Develop and enhance the DevOps infrastructure with continuous integration, test, deployment, and monitoring framework used across teams.
Demonstrate expertise and specialist in developing and executing automation builds and scripts using software development best practices.
Demonstrate expertise in writing scripts to automate tasks. Implements Continuous Integration/Deployment build principles
Desired Technical skills / experience:
Experience with creating and maintaining automated build tools on AWS, Azure
Build Orchestrator: Jenkins, Git CICD or equivalent
Experience on SCM: Git, Perforce or equivalent
Process: GitOps, GitFlow, Branching, Versioning, Tagging, Release
Automation Tools: Ansible, Chef, Vault
Static Code Analysis tools: Sonar, Coverity
Programming: Shell, Python, Groovy
Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or in STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math).

Demonstrated experience with global product releases throughout the product introduction cycle.
Clear communicator with strong written and oral communication skills especially in a global context.
Self-starter, analytical & problem solver, results oriented and ability to multi-task.
