As a Staff Software Engineer, you will develop high performing, scalable and innovative end-to-end web/cloud applications. You will collaborate extensively with various product stakeholders to design and implement products.
As a Staff Software Engineer, you will be responsible for:
Working on enterprise-scale/complex projects that require you to connect the business needs and domain with technical knowledge.
Working & collaborating with cross-functional teams of devops, quality engineers, product managers, SMEs, etc to implement efficient solutions.
Working independently and contributing to teams across business.
Demonstrating clarity of thinking to work through limited information and vague problem definitions.
Develop technical framework and implement best practices for scalable and maintainable code; recommending tools & technology for productivity.
Spearheading technical coaching & code reviews across teams
Leading the team execution and guiding team on architecture & design.
Understanding whole product, its modules while being an expert in the critical modules. Helping in designing interfaces and information exchange between modules.

To be successful in this role you will:
Have 10+ years of hands-on experience in designing and implementing applications on Azure/AWS using microservices architecture; docker/containerization.
Have atleast 4+ years of experience in leading a team at technical and execution level while owning the timelines, quality and productivity of the team.
Have proficiency in back-end development using either Nodejs with TyperScript or .NET
Have proficiency in Database (MySQL, PostgreSQL).
Have hands on experience in backend like Session management, caching, algorithms & data structures, secure coding, etc.
Proficiency in Angular/React, JavaScript/Typescript, HTML, CSS, jQuery, Web Servers & RESTful Web services.
Hands-on experience on data communication protocols like AMQP/MQTT & message brokers like RabbitMQ/Kafka etc.
Flexible to learn and develop in any language/technology/tools as per the project’s needs.
Have deep understanding of Application and Infrastructure architecture and non-functional aspects like Performance, Scalability, Reliability, Availability etc.
Have good Problem-solving skills, Collaboration, Influencing and articulation.
Deep understanding and hands on experience of Programming concepts: OOPS, best practices, refactoring, maintainable/reusable code, Design principles and patterns, Architecture, TDD, Unit testing, debugging, automation.
Facilitates dialogues that triggers new perspectives.
Learn domain knowledge and demonstrate customer focus.
Be a graduate of Computer Science or in STEM Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math).
