Skills and Competencies
Proven track record of delivering robust backend systems in Python, Rust, C#, Java, or other modern programming languages.
Strong experience designing and building scalable APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
Demonstrated ability to lead complex technical projects from concept to production.
Confident in communication with other parts of the organization, to ensure that we are correctly prioritising and building the correct thing fo our customers.
Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams with a focus on continuous delivery.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to mentor junior engineers.
Familiarity with AI/ML concepts or integration of AI features into backend systems is a plus.
