Staff Software Engineer – Fullstack

As a hands-on technology leader with full stack experience, you will be working in a team of highly capable engineers and also leading initiatives for from design to delivery. Being product aligned and customer obsessed, you’ll own what you build (full cycle engineering model) and will be working in the latest technologies and frameworks (.Net Core, Next.js, AWS, Micro Services, Containerization and Gen AI).

Have expertise designing and building Core and Web API’s, web applications and running independent PoC’s

Are confident in their solution design capabilities, stakeholder engagement and leading technical conversations in group forums & can lead and nurture our engineers to do the same.

Actively get involved in continuous learning, experimentation, and innovation, ready to apply and promote industry best patterns and practices

Understanding of Critical User Journeys (CUJ)

Experience defining SLOs and SLIs

Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD):

Sound understanding of DevOps Practices

Feature flagging and continuous delivery
