Stakeholder Manager, Sydney

The project:
This is a complex, large scale, infrastructure programme in Sydney that will benefit the people and bring a positive impact to the community. Working with an amazing client and talented Mace team, this project will be of incredibly high-quality standards in a heavily regulated environment, suiting people with similar project experience that operate with the highest integrity and professionalism.
You’ll be responsible for:
Lead the Stakeholder Management team to deliver high‑quality outcomes across assigned commissions.
Shape and implement effective stakeholder engagement frameworks and communication strategies.
Provide expert guidance to clients and project teams while managing risk, change, and performance.
Ensure full compliance with Mace Control Centre, client standards, and regulatory requirements.
Drive service excellence through innovation and alignment with industry best practice.
Mentor and develop talent, supporting team growth and professional progression.
You’ll need to have:
Proven experience delivering effective stakeholder engagement across complex, multi‑disciplinary environments.
Skilled in developing and evaluating engagement strategies aligned with organisational objectives.
Strong collaboration capability across design, construction, operations, and senior leadership teams.
Aviation or major programme experience advantageous but not essential.
