There is a large component of community engagement in this role. How would you approach engaging with a member of the public? How would you handle any complaints? (300 words maximum)
We require multiple communication materials to visually demonstrate our works at engagement events. What kind of communication assets would you take with you to an in person information session and why? (300 words maximum)

After assessing your CV and answers to the above questions, the next steps of the recruitment process might include:
a phone screen to learn more about you, and you to learn more about us
an interview to understand more about things you have worked on in the past
a practical activity where you can showcase your skills and potential.
