Introduction:
• To own the development and maintenance of Process Documentation in respect of one or more core ITIL Processes.
• In conjunction with the overall Process Owner, to drive continual process improvement so that the maturity, effectiveness and efficiency of the process is continually enhanced.
• Provides technical Authorship, support, training & Subject Matter Expertise for several standards and processes.
What will you be doing
• Creation and maintenance of Standards and Controls in respect of one or more core ITIL Processes
• Creation and maintenance of supporting process documentation and training/help materials.
• Definition and agreement of key metrics (operational and governance) in respect of the in-scope processes.
• Definition and documentation of controls designed to test adherence to Process Standards
• Working closely with the Operational Process Owner and overall Standard Owner to ensure all process documentation meets overall requirements and is fit for purpose.
What we're looking for:
• Process and Standards Experience:
• Experience in designing, developing, documenting and maintaining processes (essential)
• Knowledge / experience of process design methodologies and tools (
