Job Description:
We are on the lookout for a skilled and experienced Lead Content Writer to manage our team of content writers and oversee the creation of high-quality, SEO-optimized content. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SEO content writing, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to lead and inspire a team. Experience working in a startup environment is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and lead a team of content writers, providing guidance, feedback, and support to ensure high-quality content production.
• Edit and vet content created by the team to ensure it meets our quality standards and is SEO-optimized.
• Develop and implement content strategies that align with our business goals and target audience.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product, to create cohesive and effective content campaigns.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continually improve our content strategy.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize content accordingly.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in SEO content writing.
• Proven experience in managing and leading a team of content writers.
• Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
• Excellent editing, proofreading, and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working in a startup environment is a plus.
• Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.

• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in writing and storytelling and incorporate innovative ideas into content creation :
• 1+ years of proven experience as a technical content writer
• B. Tech or relevant degree
• Should have strong English grammatical skills
• If you have relevant skills, you can still apply even without the above qualifications.
