Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Lead Generation Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads through various channels, primarily focusing on B2B sales. Your efforts will directly contribute to the growth of our client base and overall success of the organisation. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a proactive approach to generating leads.
Duties
Conduct telemarketing /email campaigns to identify and engage potential clients.
Utilise CRM software, including hubspot/gohighlevel, to manage leads and track interactions effectively.
Qualify leads through effective communication and relationship-building techniques.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads.
Maintain accurate records of lead generation activities and outcomes.
Provide feedback on lead quality and suggest improvements for future campaigns.
Skills
Proven experience in B2B sales or telemarketing is essential.
Proficiency in using hubspot, gohighlievel or similar CRM software for lead management.
Excellent communication skills in English
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
