An exciting opportunity to join Seed Heritage as we continue to grow and expand our retail network. We are looking for a Sales Assistant, passionate about connecting with customers by offering a one-of-a-kind retail experience.
Work with a welcoming team to deliver an elevated customer experience by demonstrating a sophisticated approach to sales, product knowledge and building long-lasting relationships.

THE ROLE:
Create a memorable and seamless experience with every customer interaction
Maintain presentation standards through visual merchandising, stock management and cleaning
Process customer transactions on the point-of-sale system.
Exceed sales targets and business key performance indicators
Provide styling advice and support in fitting rooms.
Availability to work Thursday evening, Friday and Saturday
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Experience in a similar fashion retail role with a strong sense of personal style.
Demonstrated experience using a point-of-sale system
An eye for detail, with a passion for styling and Visual Merchandising.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Exposure to large stock volumes and stock management.
A genuine alignment with our values and desire to be part of Seed Heritage.
Ability to build and maintain customer relationships by delivering exceptional customer service.
