We’re opening our new Wagga Wagga clinic and looking for a proactive and professional Reception & Admin Coordinator to become the heart of our new team.

What You’ll Do:

Welcome patients with professionalism and kindness

Answer calls, manage appointments, and handle the daily diary

Process billing, Medicare & Hearing Services Program claims

Maintain accurate records and support retail product sales

Keep the clinic running smoothly, clean, and organised

Support our marketing, social media, and community engagement

About You:

Admin, reception, or customer service experience (healthcare a bonus!)

Excellent communicator - in person, on the phone, and in writing

Reliable, proactive, and able to multitask like a pro

Tech-savvy with good time management

Friendly, professional, and people-focused

Training: Initial 1–2 weeks of training in Albury-Wodonga.

Pay: $55,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
