Job Title: Sales Consultant – Home Services & Virtual Estimating

Job Type: Full-Time | Base Salary + Commission

Our inbound sales team plays a key role in converting warm leads into booked jobs using phone and two-way video consultations. We focus on delivering a high-touch, professional experience that creates loyal customers and repeat business.
What You’ll Be Doing
Serve as the first point of contact for inbound leads—make a strong first impression
Provide estimates via phone and video using our proven quoting system
Set up on-site appointments for our local outside sales reps
Close jobs valued up to $50,000+ directly from virtual estimates
Diligently follow up with warm leads to maximize conversion rates
Help source commercial leads through targeted outreach
Ensure quotes are accurate, profitable, and aligned with our service promise
What You Bring
Experience in moving sales or home service sales is highly preferred
Strong communication skills and confident phone/video presence
Experience working with CRMs, phone systems, and Google Workspace
Ability to build rapport quickly and close high-ticket services
Coachable attitude and driven to meet performance goals
What We Offer
Base pay plus commission (OTE $65,000–$80,000)
Weekly and monthly bonuses/spiffs
