Contract Therapist (Remote – Canada-Wide)

Aurora Wellness Collective is a modern, values-driven wellness platform offering virtual mental health support through 1:1 counselling and holistic care. We're expanding our team of compassionate professionals across Canada to support clients seeking trauma-informed, inclusive therapy — all delivered online.
We're currently hiring Registered Social Workers and Psychotherapists to provide virtual 1:1 counseling sessions to individuals, couples, and families based on your focus. This is a flexible, fully remote contractor position where you choose your hours and caseload.
What You’ll Get

No admin: we handle intake, marketing, and bookings

What You Need
Registered to practice psychotherapy or social work in any Canadian province
Able to practice independently under your license
Strong alignment with trauma-informed, inclusive, anti-oppressive care
Professional liability insurance
Reliable internet + private space for virtual sessions
Nice to Have
Experience with BIPOC, LGBTQIA2S+, or youth clients
Experience with trauma recovery, anxiety, burnout, or life transitions
Comfort with digital platforms and remote work
Bilingual (English + French or other languages) is a bonus
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Casual
Pay: Up to $70.00 per hour
Expected hours: 2 – 40 per week
