Schedule: Full-Time | Monday to Saturday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST

Are you fluent in Spanish and English, and passionate about helping people navigate the legal process? Join our growing team at [Company Name], a US-based law firm, as a Sales Consultant (Spanish) and play a key role in supporting legal clients with translation and communication services.

What You’ll Do

Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective and current clients, discussing immigration and legal services.

Provide accurate verbal and written Spanish-to-English translations for legal documents and client communications.

Keep clients informed on case updates, timelines, and translation progress.

Schedule and manage appointments for new and existing clients.

Maintain detailed client records in CRM systems, ensuring all data is up to date.

Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and building client trust.

What We’re Looking For

Fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written).

Proven ability to translate legal or professional content with clarity and precision.

Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.

Familiarity with legal terminology (preferred but not required).

Experience using CRM or data management tools.

Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.
