Supports internal T4M Meeting Planners by coordinating group air analysis, project management, and collaborator collaboration to optimize meeting and travel program delivery.

What you’ll do on a typical day:
Operations
Coordinate meeting requirements and group travel requests
Set up meeting technology tools (OBT, GDS, registration platforms)
Conduct airfare analysis and travel budget consultations
Ensure compliance with client travel policies and reporting requirements
Support operational improvement and technology implementation projects
Provide operations and meeting-level insights reporting
Communications
Maintain clear, timely communication with collaborators
Use collaboration platforms effectively
Handle critical issue processes confidently
Performance Objectives
Proactively advice the most optimal itinerary for the group travel considering all aspects of attendee convenience, costs and client policies.
Improve travel policy adherence through accurate reporting
Build and handle project plans
Track initiative progress
What we’re looking for:
Meetings and travel industry knowledge
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Project management expertise
Proficiency in collaboration tools
Understanding of GDS and travel technology platforms
Experience with group air/travel for meetings
