JOB ROLE
• Respond to customer queries and provide resolution, support and assistance to the customers pertaining to existing / new queries on services provided by the client.
• Improving the customer experience by providing fast, friendly and effective service with accurate and personal solutions to customer enquiries.
• Take a high volume of inbound Customer calls with a friendly and positive voice, give precise and correct information about the query to the customer.
• Update and processes information accurately into the system.
• Resolve Customer problems in a timely manner
• Take Ownership & Deliver on Customer commitments
IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD :
• Have excellent English communication skills-
• Should be able to speak English fluently.
• Reside in Bangalore
• Work from office
• Rotational offs Rotational shifts
• Willing to work rotational shifts (both day &night shift)
• Can join immediately
• Should hold all relevant documents.
• Both freshers & work experienced can apply with relevant documents (offer letter, relieving letter and pay slips)
• Experience in BPO domain is preferred.
• Both doses vaccinated with certificate
• Cab facility Available- chargeable (per month basis)
