1. Team Leader:
a. Need minimum 2 years experience on papers as Team Leader in BPO
b. Must be flexible for Rotational shifts
c. Must be good in communication
d. should have understanding about the KRA/ KPI/ Management, SLA Management, Knowledge of client servicing, performance management will add extra benefit.
2. Quality Analyst
a. Need minimum 1year of experience on papers as QA in BPO
b. Must be flexible for Rotational shifts
c. Must be good in communication
d. should have good understanding from Training point of view.
3. Process Trainer
a. Identifying training needs
b. Need minimum 2 years of experience on papers as Trainer in BPO.
c. Must be good in communication
d. should have good understanding from Training point of view.
e. Making sure training goals align with corporate objectives, and creating development programs.
