If you are looking for an early morning job to fit into your daily schedule, we may have the job for you! We have great team member opportunities available for day time shifts starting at 5:00am or earlier. Opening team members typically work until 11am-2pm. So what does a member of our opening team get to do? • Help get the restaurant ready for the day! (Turning on equipment, stocking, prepping food and drinks) • Connect with customers to ensure they have a exceptional experience • Help customers order their favorite McDonald's meals • Prepare food • Partner with other Crew and Managers to meet daily goals and have fun • Keep the restaurant looking fantastic All you'll need is an outstanding attitude, willingness to learn and grow and the capability to excel in a fast-paced, team environment. As a Crew Person, you may be responsible for:
Greeting customers with a smile
Taking accurate food orders
Preparing all of McDonald’s World Famous food
Partnering with other Crew and Managers to meet target goals during your shift
Restaurant Cleanliness
Ensuring items are well stocked
