About the Role:
The Indian Education League (IEL) is seeking a sharp, driven Startup Operations & Research Lead to join as our first hire. You'll work directly with the founder to lay the groundwork for one of India's most ambitious education movements. From cost modeling and research to planning and execution, you'll help take IEL from concept to reality.
Key Responsibilities:
● Conduct research on competition logistics, costing, and partner landscape
● Assist in building execution plans and timelines across state and national levels
● Collaborate with the founder on sponsorship strategy, outreach materials, and pitch decks
● Support content development, budgeting, and early partner conversations
● Build internal processes, documentation, and execution trackers
Ideal Candidate:
● 1-3 years of experience in a startup, education, consulting, or social impact organization
● Strong research, analytical, and communication skills
● Highly self-motivated, organized, and curious
● Passionate about education, innovation, and building something from the ground up
