Job Description:
Job title – State Content and Training Associate (ECD)
No. of Vacant post -01
Salary and Perks:
Starting Salary – 20000 – 25000/- (CTC) It included all like PF/ESI/Gratuity
Other Facilities – As per Organisation norms
Role and Responsibilities
Represent Organization overview in presentations to educators and community groups
Assist in producing program materials
Support diversity and reflect Organization goal through promoting related environment
Capacity for field monitoring at least 15-20 days a month
Able for drive by self with own vehicle
Willingness to travel within India according to requirement
Provide quality service and promptly correspond with assigned task to enhance organizational position and reputation
Maintaining a healthy relationship with the team
Responsible for providing training as per project requirement
Consult with central persons on curriculum design, resources and speakers concerning Organization content and pedagogy
Works with and maintains data management and filing for project/program
Reporting to:
This position is required to report to the Immediate supervisor/Prog. Coord.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree from any streams
Able to write/read and speak in Odia/Hindi/English
Ability to translate language like English-Odia-Hindi
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Ability to solve complex problems
Phenomenal time management skills
Ability to meet deadlines
Proficiency in computer knowledge(Basically MS Office)
Ability to handle confidential information
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
