Brief role :
1. Responsible for handling the Regions in Kerala state.
2. SPOC for Higher Bank dedicates and Management.
3. Run the Project with solutions for any obstacles.
4. Lead the team in the correct direction, Regular team discussion for field activity progress report.
5. An effective leader with good interpersonal communication skills.
6. Team Management: Proficient in leading dedicated teams for running successful process operations and experience of developing procedures and service standards for business excellence.
