Job Title: Workplace Advisor
Location: Brisbane CBD (Hybrid Work Available)
About the Role:
In this exciting opportunity, you will contribute to Queensland's commitment to safety and transparency by investigating and managing complex misconduct and corruption matters.
You will investigate allegations of corrupt conduct and misconduct under the Crime and Corruption Act 2001, as well as issues within the Public Service Commission's Conduct and Performance Excellence framework.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct high-level investigations and reviews of suspected corrupt conduct.
Provide expert advice to managers on preventing corruption and managing related issues.
Maintain case management systems and ensure timely resolution of matters.
Manage public interest disclosures in accordance with legislation.
Liaise with external agencies such as the Crime and Corruption Commission.
About You:
You will have a strong ethical foundation, the ability to manage complex investigations, and the drive to contribute to a culture of integrity.
You should have previous experience in investigative roles within government or law enforcement and be committed to continuous development along with proven experience in high-level investigative roles, including misconduct, corruption, and human rights issues.
Requirements:
Certificate IV or Diploma in Government Investigations (or equivalent).
