The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in **Bio Fertilizers, Herbal Products, Bio Stimulants, and Plant Growth Regulators (PGR)**, along with proven leadership and revenue management capabilities.
• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Achieve state-level **sales and revenue targets** while expanding market reach
• Ensure compliance with **statutory, regulatory, and company policies**
• Lead and develop state teams, including **recruitment, training, and performance management**
• Monitor budgets, control expenses, and ensure **timely recovery of outstanding payments**
• Generate and present **MIS reports, analytics, and insights** to senior management
• Represent the company at **state-level events, exhibitions, and industry forums**
• **Qualifications: B.Sc (Agriculture)** / **M.Sc (Agriculture)** / **MBA in Agri-Business**
• **Experience Required: 5-8 years** of relevant experience in agro-based sales and marketing
• *Key Skills:**
• Strong leadership and team management
• Strategic sales planning and execution
• Knowledge of agro-input products (bio fertilizers, stimulants, etc.)
