We have an urgent role with a Leading Consumer Durable Group based out of Ahmedabad.

Role :
Make Strategies & implement business policy guidelines to achieve business plan with focus on value, volume & profitability by acquiring market share, ensuring business hygiene parameters by driving sales & support team to achieve business objective.
JOB RESPONSIBILTIES:
- Define roadmap for achieving Business plan, Business Plan includes collection targets, profitability targets and other aspects of strategic business unit along with sales targets.
- Responsible as a leader in ensuring & guiding team on correct implementation strategies in achieving the desired targets as per Business Plan.
- Responsible for Network Trend Analysis, Network loss analysis & taking corrective action plan for network expansion.
- Business target achievement (Quantity & Value wise) & sales forecasting for the branches as per Business Plan.
- Educate team on gap between current profitability vs target profitability & assigning target in achieving the same.
- Proactively planning for liquidation of the ageing inventory
- Nurturing the relationship with the Key Channel & Service Partners
MARKET SHARE:
- Formulate strategies to increase counter share and market share by ensuring improvement year on year basis
MARKETING & COMPETITION TRACKING:
- Define strategy for new product introduction and conduct product performance review and failure study
- Drive regional marketing team in consultation with corporate marketing team on new product introduction & launch
- Monitor sales enhancement & BTL activities, Product display, ISD placement as per defined guidelines
- Track the competitor products and conduct product bench-marking exercise to provide specific inputs to support PP, Factory and R&D team in Product development.
SERVICE:
- Review service function periodically for better customer satisfaction
COLLECTION & OUTSTANDING
- Review branch wise collection and outstanding and ensuring the outstanding amount is being collected within the timelines defined.
BILLING POINT & NETWORK EXPANSION:
- Monitor Sales distribution plan through Direct Dealer / Distributor's. Suggest Network Expansion, Correction & Channel Management strategies to team
