What will you be doing?
Commercial and Business -
You will act as a business consultant to partners and onboard them on the concept
Make sure that you manage and achieve sales quotas
Analyse the assigned territories and market potential
Ensure profitability of the respective region by maintaining a balance of product line
Determine and establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing quarterly and yearly goals
Achieve the set of objectives through strategic planning and execution
Track and update MIS reports on regular basis
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
Ensure 100% volume optimisation of Repos Mobile Petrol Pumps
Identify and take corrective measures for under-performing sites
Customer acquisition to boost top-line, revenue growth
Present, promote and introduce new innovations in energy sector
Track, analyse and communicate key quantitative matrices to the team
Stakeholders:
Ensure consistent delivery of commitments
Research consumer needs and consult the right solution
Uphold exceptional relations with Oil marketing companies and OEMs
Make good rapport with existing and future partners, keeping them updated with latest developments of the market
Visiting partners to evaluate needs and feedbacks Build the right team
Identify knowledge gaps within the team and fulfill them
On field joint visits with the team to identify the gaps
Recruit like-minded team members
Identify training needs of the team as per changing dynamics of industry
Track teams effectiveness their pitches
Maintain interpersonal relationships between teams within the organization
Build the right team
Recruit like-minded team members; attract best talent from the industry
Identify knowledge gaps and training needs of the team and fulfil them
Define and delegate goals to the team in a structured way and track their effectiveness through various tools.
Maintain work results by counselling, planning and appraisals for the team.
Processes
Align the teams per the standards and vision of the organization
Lead the change initiatives which are the need of organization by removing obstacles through constructive change structure
Define and build sales structure, field plans, strategy for developing business and achieving a common goal.
Finance and compliances
Ensure a healthy cash flow through quick turnaround of P&S
Ensure profitability of different categories of products through conscious pricing
Ensure all documentation of the P&S as per meeting the compliance requirements
What will you need?
Experience of 8+ years in oil and gas, Automobile or Automotive industry.
Hands on knowledge on advanced MS office, MIS and data management.
Hands on knowledge on CRM/ SAP
Must have planning and forecasting skills
Be able to do demand analysis proficiently
Good at pricing strategy
