Job Description
We are hiring Stationary Engineers for a temporary assignment at a healthcare facility in Chicago.
Location: 4200 N. Oak Park Avenue Chicago IL | 60634
Shift Timings:
• 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Tuesday – Saturday)
• 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM (Saturday – Wednesday)
• 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Thursday – Monday)
• Swing Shift:
• Saturday: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• Sunday – Wednesday: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, boilers, and mechanical equipment
• Monitor system performance and ensure operational efficiency
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance
• Read gauges, logs, and technical manuals
• Handle repairs using hand and power tools
• Maintain temperature, pressure, and energy systems
• Work with vendors and support facility operations
Requirements:
• 4+ years of experience in power plant / boiler operations
• EPA Universal Technician Certification (or ability to obtain)
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (100 lbs with assistance)
• Experience with HVAC systems, boilers, and mechanical equipment
Pay: $32.00 - $38.00 per hour
