Job Description
We are seeking a Software Solution/Technical Architect with expertise in .NET Core, Oracle, ReactJS, and Microsoft technologies to lead the design and development of innovative banking systems and applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in architectural design and solutioning, focusing on scalability, performance, security, and maintainability. They will also have exposure to the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services,
and Insurance) domain and a deep understanding of modern application architecture principles.
As a Technical Architect, you will translate business requirements (BRD) into practical, scalable solutions, using industry-standard patterns and best practices to deliver high-performing, secure, and reliable applications. The role involves both strategic design and hands-on development, ensuring that solutions meet business needs and align with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Architectural Design & Solutioning:
o Translate complex business requirements into detailed architectural designs, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability.
o Lead the design and optimization of .NET solutions with a focus on load balancing, caching strategies, and database optimization techniques.
o Implement industry-standard design patterns to address functional problems and ensure maintainable, extensible code.
o Develop prototypes for new technology initiatives, product reviews, and technology selection/recommendations.
• Security & Compliance:
o Design and implement secure applications in line with security best practices, data protection regulations (PCI-DSS), and compliance standards.
o Implement robust security features such as encryption, authentication, authorization, JWT authentication, and OAuth, with tokens managed by Key Vault.
• Application Design & Optimization:
o Design .NET applications that adhere to best practices for scalability, high availability, and maintainability.
o Implement efficient caching strategies, load balancing, and optimize database performance (Oracle/MS SQL).
o Design and build highly scalable applications with a focus on Clean Architecture, N-layered architecture, and microservices.

o Utilize CQRS, MediatR, and Dapper for optimized data access and system performance.
• Performance & Engineering:
o Optimize application performance through performance engineering, including tuning of APIs,
databases, and system architecture.
o Leverage tools like Splunk, Elasticsearch, and Kibana for monitoring and logging to identify
bottlenecks and optimize system performance.
o Use Redis, Kafka, and RabbitMQ for real-time messaging and distributed systems architecture.
• Development & Integration:
o Lead the development and integration of complex backend systems using .NET Core, ASP.NET Core,
C#, Web API, and Entity Framework.
o Ensure integration with front-end technologies such as ReactJS, JavaScript/jQuery, CSS, and
HTML5.
o Collaborate with the DevOps team for continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) processes using
tools such as Azure DevOps, Docker, Git, and Nginx/Ocelot API Gateway.
• System & Database Design:
o Design and optimize databases from scratch, considering scalability, ease of deployment, and
system performance.
o Use MS SQL Server and Oracle for database design and ensure effective data storage, retrieval, and
integration.
o Address issues like network latency, logging, and system performance through database and
application design.
• Collaboration & Leadership:
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, and quality
assurance to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
o Lead the adoption of best practices and the development of industry-proven standards and
methodologies across development teams.
o Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members on architectural and coding best
practices.

a. Excellent leadership, mentoring, and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional
teams.
b. Strong communication skills to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Technical/Functional Proficiency Required
1. Technical Expertise:
a. Proven experience as a Software Solution Architect, Technical Architect, or Lead Architect in large-
scale, mission-critical applications, particularly in BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance)
domains.
b. Expertise in .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, C#, Entity Framework, Web API, Microservices, and Dapper.
c. In-depth knowledge of ReactJS and JavaScript/jQuery for front-end development.
d. Strong experience with MS SQL Server and Oracle for database design and optimization.
e. Knowledge of cloud-native technologies such as Azure DevOps, Docker, Git, Kubernetes, and API
Gateways (Nginx/Ocelot).
f. Familiarity with messaging systems like Kafka, RabbitMQ, and caching tools such as Redis.
2. System & Security Design:
a. Solid understanding of Clean Architecture, N-layered architecture, microservices, and CQRS.
b. Expertise in designing secure applications with features such as JWT authentication, OAuth, and
data encryption.
c. Experience with Azure Key Vault for managing sensitive data and securing application credentials.
3. Performance Engineering:
a. Strong experience with performance tuning and engineering in large-scale systems, with a focus
on optimizing system performance, network latency, and database queries.
b. Exposure to logging and monitoring tools such as Splunk, Elasticsearch, and Kibana.
4. DevOps & CI/CD:
a. Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, Docker, Git, and CI/CD pipelines for continuous
integration and deployment.
b. Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies.
Educational Qualifications
1. Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
2. Relevant certifications in cloud technologies (Azure), software architecture, or security are a plus.
Experience Level (If applicable)
1. Minimum 15 years of experience in software development.
