Statutory Auditor-

Conduct statutory audits in compliance with the Companies Act and applicable Accounting Standards.

• Review financial statements, books of accounts, and supporting documents.

• Prepare statutory audit reports, including CARO reporting where applicable.

• Identify and report internal control gaps and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
