• Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies and procedures.
• Monitor compliance with compliance policies and procedures and ensure that corrective actions are taken when necessary. Develop and deliver compliance training to employees and management.
• Conduct compliance audits and assessments to identify areas of risk and non-compliance. Ensure that the organization's records and documentation meet legal / regulatory requirements.
• Stay up to date with changes to regulatory requirements and communicate these changes to relevant stakeholders. Advise the organization's leadership team on compliance-related matters.
• Investigate compliance-related incidents and recommend corrective actions.
