Role: Frontend Developer (ReactJS)
Experience: 4+ years
NoticePeriod: Immediately (Starting 1st April, 2026)
Location: Pune (Hybrid)
In 2011, VARP Techlabs was established in the United Kingdom with a focus on providing innovative technology solutions to its clients. As part of this expansion, the company is now growing its development center in India.
We are seeking a skilled and experienced ReactJS Developer to join our dynamic team of professionals. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining enterprise-level web applications.
Responsibilities
• Collaborate with the Product Owner & UX designers to understand requirements and implement them into the website's design and functionality.
• Identify the scope of the project and break it down into smaller, more manageable components.
• Develop web applications using clean code principles, component driven & responsive design.
• Write unit tests & automated integration tests to identify and resolve any issues or bugs.
• Participate in peer code reviews and contribute to code quality and best practices.
• Work with backend developers to integrate web applications with APIs and other backend systems.
• Develop technical documentation for software applications.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in ReactJS and other web technologies.
• Requirements
• 4+ years experience of web development using ReactJS, Angular.
• Hands-on experience with object-oriented design/development principles.
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with Redux, React Router, and other ReactJS libraries and frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with unit testing frameworks eg. Jest, Enzyme, Mocha.
• Hands-on experience with testing automation tools eg. Selenium, Cypress, Chai.
• Hands-on experience with API integration testing frameworks eg. Postman.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools eg. Jenkins.
• Ability to work as part of a team or individually on a project.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
Nice to have
• Understanding of user authentication & authorisation eg. Session, cookie, JWT, SSO, and OAuth.
• Understanding of web based designing tools eg. Figma, Invision.
• Understanding of Agile principles and methodologies.
• Understanding of application containerization eg. Docker.
• Understanding of cloud platform eg. AWS, GCP, Azure.
