Job Description
Key Role Requirements:
Create delivery order as per the SO (Sales Order) received from respective steel companies.
Generate the loading slip as per the delivery order
After weighbridge tally the physical load with the DO (Delivery Order)
Check the invoicing quantity tallied with weighment slip and final loading check list.
Check the customer credit limit and funds availability before punching the invoices.
Inform the funds availability to operations prior to take in the trucks for loading.
Generating the daily billing reports and maintain the proper care of documents for financial audits.
LR, E-way bill, and TC should be attached along with the invoices.
Insure the taxes GST or if any other applicable taxes.
To comply with all the standards related to Health, Safety and Environment system as per DP World standards
Work as a team for attainment of common objectives.
Ensure self-quality control of activities performed.
