Muskoka Evergreen is a Muskoka-based Tree Service, Barging and Steel Dock Construction company serving Muskoka Lakes and surrounding communities. We run year-round building steel docks, and are looking for new crew members to join our steel dock team.
Schedule: Monday – Friday, start time 7:30 am at shop in Utterson.
Tasks
Operate metal cleaning equipment to remove excess welds, rust, scale and other materials from the surfaces of metal products
Sort metal sheets and parts, scrap metal and other materials
Grind or chip excess metal from metal products using hand tools
Clean machines and immediate work areas
Load, unload and transport construction materials
Read and interpret work orders
Assist in demolishing buildings
Clean and pile salvaged materials
Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites
What We're Looking For:
Experience with construction or carpentry preferred but not required
Comfortable using saws, drills, and impact tools
Able to lift 50-80 lbs
Works well in a team environment
Reliable, punctual, and safety minded
Valid G driver's license
Valid boaters license
You will receive a competitive wage based on experience.
