STEM Trainer (Science Teacher)
Experience: 1-2 yrs
Location: Uravade, Pune, Maharashtra
On contract – One year (Till March 2027)

About the Role:
The STEM Trainer will be responsible for delivering structured and activity-based STEM training using a defined curriculum. The role involves hands-on demonstrations, coordination with schools, and supporting effective STEM learning outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver STEM training sessions using practical and experiential learning methods
Explain science and mathematics concepts in a clear and engaging manner
Conduct experiments, demonstrations, and model-based activities
Support teachers in using STEM kits and teaching aids
Conduct assessments and maintain training records
Submit attendance sheets and progress reports
Ensure proper handling and maintenance of STEM materials and kits
Coordinate with the project team for smooth execution
Travel to assigned schools or project locations as required
Qualification and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Science (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Biology) or related field
1–2 years of experience in STEM training, teaching, or science education
Strong subject knowledge and interest in hands-on learning
Key Skills:
Strong communication and facilitation skills
Ability to engage learners and encourage participation
Basic computer skills for reporting and documentation
Willingness to travel for project implementation
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
