Profile- Stenoghrapher
Salary- depend on experience
Experience 5 -10 years
Good, Pleasant & Energetic Personality. Short Hand is must. Taking dictation of letters / drafts / docs. as per dictation from Directors in short hand Good Communication, English speaking preferable, Good Typing Speed & knowledge of conputer system Self correspondence with customers / vendors via emails, letters etc on behalf of Directors/ Seniors Responsible for arranging all documents for Travel,Visa & accommodation for employees and Management. Co-ordination with key stakeholders with in the organization on behalf of Director. Takings Appointments, organising meetings, preparing Meeting's Agenda and Minutes of Meeting. Acting as a Personal Assistant to the Director and support for all business activities Maintenance of up-to-date personal data of directors as well as official record of correspondence in hard copy and in soft. Maintenance of Confidential Records of Directors & of the Companies
